Hello everyone ,
I have created a flow that send and email alert to the case owner once a case has created .
The flow works fine once case has created through email to case , web to case or manual creation in the sandbox . I have used my personal email in the email to case .
Once I have deployed it in the production , the flow works fine for web to case and manual creation however once a case came from an e-mail too many cases created one after another . In the production the email to case was set under the company name .
Anyone knows why many cases were created ? I have now deactivated the flow to avoid this issue .
