Can't find the Region/Zone in the Insert Field/Account

Challenge: Create a Customize Formula Field (2nd part of the challenge)

I do not see/not have access to/can't select Region or Zone in the column

1. From the Functions list, select TEXT, and then click Insert Selected Function.
2. In the formula, highlight value.
3. Click Insert Field and select Account> from the second list on the Insert Field overlay that appears.
4. From the new list that appears, select Region, then click Insert.
5. Click at the end of the formula to position the cursor, and then click Insert Operator and select &Concatenate.
6. At the end of the formula, enter "/" (including the quotation marks).
7. Click Insert Operator, and then select &Concatenate.
8. From the Functions list, select TEXT, and then click Insert Selected Function.
9. In the formula, highlight value.
10. Click Insert Field and select Account> from the second list on the Insert Field overlay that appears.
11. From the new list that appears, select Zone, and then click Insert.
