Community/Experience cloud - User Stats Tabs Standard component visibility

Hi,

I build an simple aura site. access to account profiles. I was trying to drop User Stats Tabs standard component in builder. But I was not able to see that standard component to drag it. what are all the permissions needed. and also how to create some community groups in builder and that should be accessible to other community users. they should be able to add likes or comments, I need that count. Can someone tell me why standard component is not in list, or provide some resources.
