I have custom field called Pronouns (a picklist) in my Contact object and my Lead object. I'd like to have that picklist in the HTML generated by web-to-lead but I don't see it on the generator page. I see that I need to map the Lead field to the Contact field using the "Map Lead Fields" button. But I don't see the Pronouns field there either. Any suggestions?
