I could not receive any email sent from Salesforce Account Engagement Email from Testing or Sending. I have input the individual emails and event segmentation list, I could not receive any email... May you advise the issue?

Hi Abbie,
Could it be you are using a Pardot Sandbox (or developer Edition)?
These cannot send emails.
