I am not able to deploy Action Plan Object from one dev org to QA org.

I have tried deploying through Change set but  getting below error when one of my flow is running to created Action Plan automatically. They seems to be read only and no option to publish them. So deleted them and tried deploying them using package manager but it's throwing error(Please refer screenshot)

So the error messages are basically saying, "Hey, we already have stuff with these names in the QA environment!" Here's how we can tackle this:

    1. Review components in QA: First, head over to the QA environment and look under "Action Plan Template Package Config." You'll likely find items with the same names as those mentioned in the error.
    2. Rename or remove:
      • If these are old or not being used anymore, think about either giving them a new name (maybe add _old to the end) or just removing them.
      • Just be super sure they're not being used anywhere before you decide to delete!
    3. Be Sure Before Deleting:
      • Remember to check that nothing else (like other processes or flows) is relying on these old action plans. We don't want to accidentally break something!

Make sure the new stuff you're trying to bring into QA isn't dependent on something from the dev environment that's missing in QA.

Once you've cleared the way by renaming or deleting, go ahead and try installing that package again.
