Not able to choose "Send Email"/"create task" Icon for Macro

Hey everyone, i just wanted to add a macro on orders, which allows me to create several tasks with one click. Unfortunately when I want to add instructions, i am not able to choose the send email button (as it is now an icon) or the create task button. Does anybody have an idea what i could do to be able to choose the action?
