IP address for guest users who submit cases

Is it possible to track the IP addresses for Guest Site Users who submit cases?

    Hi Nicole, out of the box, I'm not aware of anything that does unless the user is actuallying logging in. I think you would need to use a web-to-case form that incorporates JavaScript to grab the user's IP address, and then pass that onto the case through a hidden field, something akin to this:
