I built a Salesforce Survey with an Invitation Trigger (picture below). It is pretty simple - Survey Invitation goes out when a picklist field called "Survey Status" changes to "Case Closed - Send Survey".
When the field is updated manually, it sends the survey invitation..
When the field is updated via a flow, it does not send the survey invitation. (FYI the field is being updated by the flow correctly)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

How do you feel about moving Item 2 into a separate After Save Flow?
You should be able to create a Survey Subject Record to associate the Survey with the Contact and another to link to the Case.
