I am experiencing trouble with Salesforce to Jira and vice versa Status mapping. I set up the picklist according to Trailhead, but I am still receiving the error. Also, it only gives me three options on the Jira side, when there are multiple statuses. This is important, because we want to schedule an email alert when a status is changed in Jira and updated in Salesforce. We also need to be able to change the status in Salesforce and have it go over as "Ready" so the engineer knows they have fulfilled the requirements. Is this possible or am I doing something incorrectly?

Hey @Kermit Del Rosario - You will need two different picklist mappings. One for each direction. The one you are showing appears to the the Jira to Salesforce mapping (although it is named Salesforce to Jira).
