I have a List Email scheduled to send - was built in the Lightning Email Content Builder. I would like to edit the send info & add a suppression list. SF help documentation shows that I should just be able to edit from Account Engagement Email > Scheduled > Click on gear icon to select Edit. That Edit option does not exist - the only options are to Edit Completion Actions, Show Message, or Hide. It seems there should be a way to make an update to the email, the lists chosen, or even choose a different schedule date/time. Any help documents I'm not finding on this? Thanks! (was looking for office hours today & didn't see them)
You have to think of lightning email sends differently from the old way of sending. You can send list emails multiple times from the same "Email Content". Think of the account engagement scheduled sends as the "queue" for outgoing sends, not the actual content. So if you want to change something about a scheduled send, you have to go into Account Engagement Email as you are reading, but your only options are to edit the completion actions or delete the scheduled send, by clicking the name of the email to see the detail page. If you want to change the lists or the time, you delete this scheduled send from the upper right corner of that page, and then return to your email content (which isn't deleted, it's still there) and hit send again and schedule a new one with your new send info and suppression list.
