I completed my previous task, but In Data and Actions in Flows module - Communicate Using the Action Element I'm not able to add action element in flow infact there is not action element in list.
How can I add action element to flow?

Hi,
Edit the start element and scroll down to the end. Now, change the last option to "Actions and realted records". It's set to "Fast field updates" at the moment which only allows you to update the triggering record basically
