When I end a session, I click OK in the 'session ended' window.
After this, I get the 'session summary' pop-up, which keeps loading forever and I can't do anything with it.
Does anyone know what could cause this error?

I'm not sure if your issue got resolved, but looking at the screenshots and the timing of the issue in the process, I would suggest you get your Salesforce Admin to check the levels of your environment's platform events.
When any of the platform events thresholds is breached some of the process starts to look broken/intermittent.
If you're still struggling, it'll be best to raise a ticket via Salesforce Support.
