Has anybody had any experience of using Customer Thermometer in Salesforce for feedback surveys?
I am trying to establish what are the advantages (if any) of using it instead of the native survey functionality.
Another question is Are there use case were you would use Customer Thermometer for certain surveys and native Salesforce surveys for others?
I would be grateful if anyone can share experience/best practices
