I have created a form to register for an event, it is happening to me that users are registering with the same email, it doesn't give them an error, but the last one to register with it overwrites all the others.
What is the solution?

Account Engagement is reluctant to create duplicate records on its own so as suggested, the behavior you are seeing is correct. Email is the unique key the system uses. There's not a whole lot you can do to prevent people from using a shared email address if they choose to other than making suggestions to the contrary. One common reason this happens is you sent an email inviting them to the shared email address -- so purging or suppressing those kinds of emails addresses from invitations is often helpful in cases like this. You do at least have the audit history to see all the different fills and what happened each time.
