Flow Email action with hyperlink

Hi,

I'm creating an email action in the flow where I'm trying to add a merge field. The merge field will look like a hyperlink. So the email body will have Click Here which is basically the merger field. 

I've tried -  HYPERLINK("Merge field (this is actually a url)", "Click Here")  but no luck.

Please help!
