I would like to send an email when we receive a large gift. I've set up "Send an email Flow" and added the email address I want to send to:
But the email hasn't been sent to the email address I entered.
Could someone please tell me what I am missing?

So the record is created in a closed won stage?
In that case you should make it
On creation only
Conditions:
Stage = closed won and
Amount >= 1000
