Once Custom Address Fields are enabled, what is the best way to mass upload records? I consistently get errors in the Country/Territory field and the State/Province Field restricted pick lists. I know the import wizard is not supported, but I was hoping I would be able to use data loader.io.

You can use "Salesforce Inspector" extension. Its good and very easy to understand.
