Hi, we set up an engagement studio to send an email out to the recipient every time they watch any one of our on demand videos. The issue now is that they are receiving an email at least once per day regardless - after only having watched one video.
We allow the prospects to enter the ES more than once as they can watch different videos each time. Originally we had a 1 day window before they can reenter the program (since changed to 8 days since the emails were coming daily) and they can enter the program an unlimited amount of times.
Do I need to add a rule somewhere that will only trigger a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc email only after they watch a different video?

Hi @Johnny Testa, I suggest you to use a custom redirect link (wrapping the on demand video) and apply the completion action to send autoresponder email. This should trigger the email each time they visit the video link using the custom redirect link. Try this and let us know if it works or not.
