SalesForce Consultant
• Experience across all life cycle stages of Salesforce.com projects like Requirements Analysis, Design, Build and Deployment in an Iterative/Agile mode of implementation
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com out-of-the-box functionalities and configurations and customizations/Force.com concepts and solution design
• Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills
• Exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities in a similar role essential
• Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• 5 years in CRM (preferably Salesforce) as a Solution Consultant
• At least 2 years of exposure to Cloud platform Implementations
• Good understanding of Salesforce Industry/Vlocity Platform core capability
• Solid understanding of relational database and SOA concepts
• Telecom Domain experience desirable
• Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Consultant/Administrator)
