I have a user that is sending emails to a small number of customers from a custom object in Salesforce from the activity composer. That is our normal practice. The user is copying and pasting text from another email sent previously. They are not inserting a template because the email is not a carbon copy, there are slight variances in the email being sent to each customer so the text is amended slightly after each copy and paste.
What we are noticing is that in some instances the text in the body of the email gets truncated after sending but this only happens intermittently. I thought it might be to do with a character limit but in the examples I have seen the emails only contain about 2k characters. The user gets no error messages.
Has anyone encountered an issue like this before?
Any suggestions on a cause and solutions?
