problem 1: I've scheduled an salesforce cert exam and unable to postpone from the expiry date i.e, 1st June. As i wouldn't be able to complete whole syllabus of the exam by 1st June. Is it possible to postpone the exam with a sf case raise or any other way?
problem 2: Due to some unfortunate circumstance just before 1hr the exam i was not even able to launch the exam as i was not in the reach of the system. My webassessor account is asking me to pay the full amount for the same cert exam just like a fresh registration i.e, $200. Can i request to only pay $100 (Retake exam fee) for that case?
problem 3: I've scheduled for the SF Associate exam on 25April for 31 June and now i want to prepone this exam. Unable to do so, showing the following error:
