Emails are not generated when Lead is created in salesforce via Active assignment rules from Engagement Studio

Hello, 

 

I have an engagement studio program in Pardot that generates leads in salesforce via active assignment rules in salesforce. 

The issue I am having here is the lead assignment notifications are not generating when a lead is created and assigned this way. 

 

Anyone face this issue before? if yes what would be the recommendation.

    Hi @Vamshi Takkalapalli,

     

    You can try adding a “Notify Assigned User” action in the next step in your ES program to send an email notification to that user.
