Is it possible to show Qualified name instead of Converted on Lead Path?
I have found the Open idea - but users told that they were able to see it some time ago

No Salesforce did not allow you to change the level of Lead Converted to Qualified Name
If you want, Then you have to create custom lead convert functionality and a custom button.
