I have an issue installing a custom Lightning component to my Trailhead Playground 1 with the error message below, I Checked the help section to resolve the issue but couldn't solve the issue.
I also installed a new trailhead playground, there I can install a package. Please check on the error message attached and help to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your response,
The above issue is related to Lightning app Builder( work with custom lightning components) module.
As instructed, i tried in a new playground and installed the custom components also my playground starter was working now.
