New to MC Account Engagement (pardot)... is it possible to configure a bilateral sync regarding the lead/contact email opt out field with pardot. Currently we have pardot updating the CRM lead/contact email opt out field , but can the CRM sync to pardot when the end user checks the email opt out on the lead/contact record. I've been told the email opt out field can only have a one way sync. Thanks for the support

Hi @Erin Ryan, you might find this helpful too. For a short while, you can utilise the setting 'use most recently updated value' for the email opt-out field, but the rules are changing in July.
