Hi, I feel like I have successfully created a case assignment rule that should meet the criteria to earn the badge, but every time I run the check I get an error saying case assignment rule not found. I have logged in and out. Verified the sandbox is current and the name of the SB references in the challenge matches the one I am using. I cut and pasted the names from the quiz into the activity, so spelling shouldn't be an issue. I am totally at a loss for why the badge check tool can't find the rule I set up. Hi Everyone, Want to confirm this issue is resolved. After setting up a new sandbox for the 3rd time, it finally worked. Thank you for your help.
