We will be getting a list of new leads from a social media ad campaign. While we are messaging to donors, we often get beneficiaries mixed in with our lead list.
In the first email they receive, we need to ensure these new prospects have a chance to indicate what list is best for them so they receive the right messaging.
I'd prefer that this is very simple for the user, like clicking a specific link that triggers them to be tagged as "donor" or "beneficiary." Is this possible, or is there another solution?
Hi @Ezra Horton I'd suggest utilising an email preference center for this. Perhaps you already have one which you could tailor, if not you could just create a simple one linking to the two options you specifiy, with email next saying 'welcome to xx' we are happy to have you on board, to ensure we send you the communication right for you please click here to specifiy your email preferences'
