I had the same issue, I just created them as new users in the setup. Navigate to the Setup, then in the quick find type 'Users' and click on 'Users' in the Users and then click on 'New'. Fill in the details, so their first name, last name, and so on. And click on save. I did it this way and I passed the challenge, just make sure that names you are creating are these: Aaron Hartzler, Fumiko Suzuki.
