I am fairly new to SCV and when I am setting up a queue for Voice calls in salesforce i am getting the below error.
Error: The queue contains invalid members. You can add only agents or contact center groups. Remove the invalid members and try again
I am not sure what permissions am I missing or are there any other steps that i might have missed. No matter what i do , whether it try to add a public group , user or a role i get the error
Hi @Rajivkrishnan Jeyaram Q related to the syncing for this: I change which Contact Center Group an Agent is assigned in Salesforce, I see it sync to Amazon and their Routing Profile changes there, but when I tried the other way around (changing the user's Routing Profile in Amazon) I didn't see their assigned Contact Center Group change in Salesforce - is that expected behaviour?
