I've followed all steps through now multiple times and for some reason when I'm creating a case, it doesn't ask me to enter an Entitlement Name. Not sure if this is part of why its saying no "entitlement related list on Account page layout" (when I can clearly see it on the account tab)
Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements>Enable Entitlements and Set Up Service Contracts
You need to deactivate record types for Accounts.
You can do that by editing each record type and Deselecting 'Active'.
If you get an error that it cannot be deactivated because its used by a Profile, click on each of these profiles, go to Object Settings>Accounts>Edit, under Record Types select Account Layout and deselect all other record types.
Once you did this for all relevant Profiles you should be able to deactivate that record type. Do this for all Account record types.
I have tried restarting with a new playground and that didn't work either. I hate following the directions step by step and there be a problem on Salesforce's side, why can't I just do the directions and get the points??
Hi @Harry Hirst ,

I have same problem you. I got a big hint from Keiji (who make link to you), so I leave the answer what I solved.
Follow below step.
1. Edit the Record Type of Account
Absolutely, you must got error message when deactivate Record Type.
But push it. SO you can see the profile list have usage of this Record Type.
2. Click each Profile.
3. Go Record Type Setting (scroll down this page)
4.Remove Selected Record Type
You almost touch down. It is nine yard.
5. If you remove each profile's Selected Record Type, You can deactivate this Record Type.
6. After the check deactivate of that Record Type, You VERIFY again.
That was my case when can't not find Entitlements in page layout of Account object.
Hi @Harry Hirst, Make sure that you have enabled option for "Enable Entitlement Management" under Entitlement Management Settings before doing this challenge.
Hi,
I got this issue resolved by Setting the Field-Level Security for '
Entitlement Name' for Case object.
- Click the checkbox in the Visible column header
to select all profiles.
- Click Save
.
Hope it helps!
@Harry Hirst Please note the case was closed as no response and if you need any assistance you can reply to this thread ++NoResponse

@Sushmitha B I have the same issue followed all the steps but unable to get past Cannot find Entitlements related list on Account page layout. Do we have any advice on how to proceed? thanks Lyndon
@Harry Hirst I assume this issue needs further review and we may need access to your playground. We will reach out to you via email to investigate further.
Thank you!
