There is a Formula field that stores Case Escalation Date/Time. We have 2 levels of Escalation, L1 & L2. The Formula field gets updated 2 times based on the escalations .I am trying to find a way to store the date/time when the case gets updated for the first time(L1) in a separate field and of L2 in a separate field In order to use them for Reporting.

So far I have created 2 different fields for L1 & L2 escalation date/Time and tried populating them through a Flow using the Escalation Date/Time formula field. It didn't work .

Please help me with a solution to this problem!

    Can you share what you have built in your flow?

     

    Flow will work for this scenario, so we just need to fix what you currently have.
