I am working through the Get Started with the Salesforce Mobile App Module and have downloaded the mobile app. However, I am having issues logging into the app using the playground user name and password. I am getting an error stating that the username or password is incorrect. Has anyone ran into the same issue? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
Hi Adam,
With the mobile app be head to the top right corner and select change server, change the server from Sandbox to Production and attempt to login again.
I would also advise checking the user record if you have access to the org and check if any invalid login attempts have been made, please be aware if not already done as of yet, the password for the user will need to be sent a password reset request as the password is random and unknown for each playground org.
