So in our system we are utilizing email to case to manage user's issues. This week we've started receiving multiple blank cases in groups of 7 from one user all at the same time. I haven't been able to find anything online and I wanted to see if anyone else has run into a similar issue and been able to resolve this.

Sorry for the delay! We located the issue! There was a flow that was misfiring and the process was sending out error messages for features that didn't exist for all users yet
