Our Booking team works on customers via the Opportunity page layout in Salesforce. When a booking-related email is sent, we create a Task that shows what email was sent and what Request on the Booking it relates to. This works but ideally, they would want to also see when an email is being Opened and Clicked.
So, I wondered whether anyone has a solution to utilize the Individual Email Results object to display email results somewhere on the Opportunity?
