Hi Trailhead Community! I'm new to this, but not new to Salesforce! I'm in the process of transitioning my career from Sales to Salesforce. My background is 8 combined years of customer service and sales. I sold insurance and software. Also, I've used salesforce as an end user at almost every job!
My plan is to start with Salesforce Admin and leverage my experience to get an admin job in the beginning. I'm also discussing projects and volunteer work with one of my directors at my current job.
- Are you transitioning into Salesforce as well?
