My salesforce is set up with a softphone with preset subject lines and includes the phone number in the task comments. Within my dispositions from my softphone, I have certain keywords like "Confirmed Phone Number" or "Wrong Number" to keep track of good and bad numbers.
Example:
I have 5 phone numbers on a contact. I have hit on the past (specific phrase in the subject line) on the 3rd slot number; then I also hit in the past on the phone number in the 2nd slot.
A flow, triggered now by a new task added, and probably a loop, searches all related tasks for:
1. Key phrases
2. finds the phone number in the comments
3. stores any old numbers elsewhere
4. puts the "good" phone numbers back in the 1st and 2nd slots without storing repeated numbers.
Typically I would only have two most "good numbers" (house phone, cell phone), and the rest I don't want to lose, but I also don't want them in the phone slots.
I am having trouble with a task-triggered flow to run that process, and the formulas needed.

On our contacts, we have 5 different fields that can store phone numbers. I think the old numbers could go in one text field elsewhere, but the 5 phone fields are where I want the one or two good numbers to go.
So far, I can not figure out how to tell the flow to look into each task, and pull out the correct number if the key words are also found within that task.
