One of our colleagues is having an issue whereby she cannot see on of her team in the Pre-Sales queue.

 I have impersonated her and can see the same, although the individual has pre-sales requests assigned to him.

 

To view the list we go to Presales Requests > All Requests > drop down arrow next to All Requests.

 

I have checked the users settings against someone she can see however, there is no difference between the settings.

 

Has anyone come across this before?

    So sorry - that's on me, I didn't tag you!

     

    Your help has pointed me in the correct direction, so thank you for that. I needed to create a new list with the individual in question as a filter on said list! 🙈
