There is a required field in the standard object for visits that I would like to remove. On the object management page, for the field there is no selection made for "required". In the Page layout, there is no red asterisk to denote it being required. While using the object the visit can not be completed without having information in the required section. It is a text field, not a date field. This made me think it was related to the flow set up but I can't see where this would be enabled when looking at the flows. Also there does not seem to be any validation rules related to this on the field level or object level. What are my options from here?
Thank you! I didn't realise I had to double click on the components to see the settings. I have found where the "required" box lives now. I'll do some testing in Sandbox to see how disabling this impacts visits.
