Install NPSP

I am getting this message "We could not find the NPSP custom opportunity record types installed in your org. This means that your installation of NPSP was not completed successfully. Make sure you have correctly installed NPSP using the NPSP installer. If the installer is showing any errors, please log a tech support ticket with Salesforce and be sure to use “NPSP” in the subject line. It shows that NPSP is installed
