Currently built a contact list view and an email alert but curious if I could create a more intuitive process to get users in Salesforce (screen flow?). We also currently upgraded to unlimited and would be interested in how I could incorporate EAC or any of the new features now available. Obviously I could create an email alert but would like to explore other options and ideas.

I'm going to assume some things in this; 1- that there is a field on the Lead/Contact for this rating and 2- you commit a save on the record for this update. With that inmind the 3rd assumption comes into play: your Org has the ability to use automation on Objects; specificly 'Flows'.
Best option is to serve this up in the way that the team finds helpful if you don't want to Email them all the time:
Option1: create a Task that is assigned to the 'owner' or person who needs to be alerted
Option 2: Chatter message
If there is no real automation you can create both List views and Reports (including Dashboards) that can be used. Reports/Dashboards can provide a 'Subscription' type option that can be triggerd. Hope this helps!
