It is not letting me install the package for the Dreamhouse app. Image attached below.

Could you please give a try for the followings.
- Make sure, you have selected the correct org - you can click on Launch button and verify if the same org opens where you are making changes
- Clear the browser's cache
- Try in a different browser or incognito mode
- Try in a new playground
- If nothing works, then please follow the below link and raise a case with salesforce support team they will assist you.
Click here to log a case then click on "Log a Ticket" blue button on the right side.
