Hello friends!  Hoping to tap into the collective wisdom of the group here.

 

We have a customer who is using Pardot Engagement Studio.  We are helping them set up a workflow within Pardot Engagement Studio and need the ability to trigger a notification to our internal team that contains information from the customer record.

 

Does Pardot have the ability to send an email with custom content as a step during the workflow? This email would NOT go to the contact going through the workflow. Instead it would go to a separate email address.

 

In general, we're looking for any way of passing information over to us. I only used the email example because I thought it would be easiest.  

 

In reality, any of these would also be acceptable as long as we can customize the content sent and include information from the record:

- Email to an internal support email address

- Ability to send a POST request to an API

- Ability to ping a Zapier webhook or trigger a Zap of any sort

- Any other option that would allow us to send information to our team

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
