I have created two custom fields in contact object, but I am not able see the same in the orgs app in contacts section

Hope this helps! :) There are two ways to resolve not seeing a custom field in an object in your case "contact". Please check your (i) field visibility of the custom fields. Custom fields in contact (ii) page layout. For more detail see the reference pictures below:

Navigate to (i) field visibility 

Setup > Object Manager > Contact > click on field label of your custom field > set field security

Navigate to (ii) page layout 

Setup > Object Manager > Contact > Page Layouts > drag and drop custom field
