Issues with the "Protect Your Data in Salesforce" project

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with the 'Protect Your Data in Salesforce' project , specifically with the unit 'Set standards for the entire organization and create a hierarchy of roles', I've redone the project 3 times, I did all the units again to make sure I didn't forget anything, but the error "We couldn’t find 'Maya Lorrette' as an 'Accounts Receivable' user. Review the instructions for adding 'Maya Lorrette'." keeps popping up. If anyone knows, please help me. #Trailhead Challenges
