Is there a way to show "Time Since Target" of Open Violation milestone?
I cannot see "Time Since Target" in "Case with Milestone" report and I cannot create custom report type for Milestone.
For closed case I can use "Elapsed - Target" but Elapsed time don't seem to update until case is closed.
What should I do to create report that show how long each open case is already exceed the target time?
No, Magulan, that idea is SLA reporting once case is closed. The Poster wants to proactively see how much time remains across milestones in a central place, not having to look at each milestone on each case. The report idea for entitlement still only works once the milestone is completed, which does not solve any milestone management problem, only solves SLA reporting which can pretty much be done with the standard Cases with Milestones report.
