Up until today, I was able to use the Outlook add-in to manually tag emails to accounts/cases/people who may not be on the email chain to help me keep track of internally escalated issues to have permanent records of price changes/exceptions/case resolutions noted. I've been using Einstein for a long time and I just noticed this change today.
Was there a release that wiped out that ability to customize the tagging in Outlook? Is it a user/account setting?
