I'd like to display a pre-filled text box/area , based on a field value (status) for a custom object named "Services"
This would operate similar to that of Salesforce Path, but I'd like to display the box/area in a specific area on the page and again have the text in the box/area differ depending on the Service Status field value.
What is the best route to achieve this?
