Shield Event Monitoring capabilities.

I have what might be an elementary question. We are looking at Shield as a solution for our event monitoring needs. Does Shield have the ability to capture the breakdown of async execution consumption?

We recently refactored our Salesforce/Identity Service integration and need to be able to monitor async consumption as close to real-time as possible.
