how to deploy email templates ,engagement studio from dev sandbox to production?

At this time, your options are:

1. To repeat the same configuration steps in what is designated as the PROD Pardot environment.

2. If you are implementing Pardot B2B marketing automation, only the first time, you may designate your sandbox to PROD and shift all the activities there (while this is only the first time suggestion, it may not work always;   So, Beware)
